An in-depth class teaching easy to learn techniques that are lethal in application.

The event will be open to our members as well as mothers, daughters, and friends in the Glenmore Community!

Participants must be at least 12 years of age to attend alone, or at least 7 years of age to attend with mom.

This one hour seminar is $45 per person, or $35 per person if booking two or more attendees.
