My network is international

Real Estates licenses are provincial. But just because I can legally practise anywhere in BC doesn’t make me an expert everywhere. I choose to stay within the North Okanagan where I know streets, schools, churches, etc. and can offer the best advice for my clients.

Realtors network internationally. When buying or selling property anywhere in the world, I can help. Together, you and I set up your “working file”. I then hire a Realtor® who is an expert in that city/area to work with me to represent you.

Geographical Referrals are a huge compliment and received with as much care as a local client.
